D-Mannose and its benefits
D-Mannose is a naturally occurring sugar which is absorbed slower than glucose and doesn’t affect your metabolism much. It doesn’t remain in your body for long either and is quickly filtered by your kidneys and routed for fast excretion. D-Mannose helps coat the urinary tract and bladder – this prevents the bacteria from attaching to your body and is soon flushed out. D-Mannose is naturally found in apples, oranges, peaches, and berries.

Views on Zenith Nutrition D-Mannose Dietary Supplement
My mother-in-law is a gynecologist and I have no track of the number of times she has insisted on drinking enough water to avoid UTI. We live in a fast paced world and we are often times glued to our computers while sitting in an air-conditioned room. With all the stress of life, we forget to do one basic action – drink water and lots of it. People really underestimate the power of water. Water helps keep our skin healthy, it hydrates us, it flushes out toxins, prevents UTI and much more.
I wish I could say that I have never experienced the annoying burning sensation while using the bathroom – but it has happened and I have heard the nasty words that it could be UTI. I try to ensure that I drink plenty of water, eat healthily and stay clean, but sometimes things go beyond your control. I was recently introduced to Zenith Nutrition D-Mannose, which helps cleanse and maintain a healthy urinary tract. My husband and I have been taking this in addition to a healthy diet and I am very happy to say we are UTI free. We have been taking one capsule a day as directed by our physician. Overall we are quite happy with our experience.
