Elois Hair Removal Cream

There are things you must have in your emergency kitty and one of those is hair removal cream. You will never know when these might come in handy. While I normally resort to epilating to remove hair I always have a hair removal cream handy. The latest addition to this is Elois Hair Removal cream.

My Experience with Elois Hair Removal Cream

Elois Hair Removal Cream comes in 3 variants – Rose Essence for Normal Skin, Papaya Extract for Dry Skin, and Aloe Vera Extract for Sensitive skin. The hair removal cream comes in an easy to use hygienic tube packing along with a spatula. The spatula is used both for applying the product and for removing it. To use Elois Hair Removal cream apply the product evenly on the skin using the spatula. Wait for 5 minutes before removing the product. Test a small area to check if the cream has removed the hair, else keep the cream longer but no more than 7 minutes. While using hair removal creams always do a patch test 24 hours in advance to check that the product doesn’t irritate your skin in any way.

Elois Hair Removal Cream

I found that the cream is very effective in removing hair – I have used all 3 variants and they all perform well. The cream didn’t irritate my skin in any way. The results of hair free skin lasted about a week for me, however the results will vary depending on your hair growth.

What I didn’t like about this cream is the smell – but I find this an issue with all hair removal creams, they have a rather strong fragrance. The quantity provided is also rather less. One tube of 25ml isn’t enough to cover both hands. While the cream did leave my skin soft it did feel like it could be better with a moisturizer. Apart from these this is definitely a great product to try out or have in your emergency kit.

  1. IT sounds very similar to veet and ane french. I used them earlier but my skin I think is very thin and they give me cuts. So I try to stay away from hair removal creams.

    1. It is a lot similar to Veet and Anne French. Some of the earlier versions of Anne French didn’t suit my skin, I’d turn red if I used it. But this one didn’t irritate me in any way. But if you are skin in thin it is best to extra careful while using hair removal creams.

  2. I heard a lot of good things about this cream this but never tried. I usually do waxing but in urgency this is must have.Nice review. This will be my next purchase for sure 🙂

    1. Thanks Shwetali. I like having hair removal creams around in my emergency kit. Sometimes you may not have time to get your hands and legs waxed, hair removal creams come in handy then.

    1. Thanks Swathi. And you are right, there isn’t even a single hair removal cream that I have tried that doesn’t have a strong smell.

    1. The smell is rather annoying. Can’t deny that. I haven’t come across any hair removal cream that doesn’t irritate my nose.

    1. Oh I didn’t face any issue like that. They all seemed to work decently. But I did the sensitive one when my hair was fine.

    1. I’ve been using hair removal creams on and off from my school days and I haven’t experienced any darkening because of it. Ensure you do a patch test before using these creams. Some people tend to be irritated to these creams and darkening is the skin showing that the cream isn’t working well for your skin.

    1. I’ve used Philips and now I use Braun Epil 7. Get a cordless one and preferably a wet & dry one. The sound can be a little intimidating at first but you’ll get used to it. It does hurt a bit, but it’s way lesser if the hair strands are tiny. Nowadays I barely feel it, I just go by the motions quickly.

    1. It’s not very easily available at this point in time. You can reach the brand here to find out where you can get the products in your city

    1. The one thing you should always do with hair removals creams is to do a patch test 24 hours in advance to see if your skin reacts badly. Some people can be allergic to certain ingredients. If your skin doesn’t react badly you can use it.
